ORDERING
All products on CBBallast.com are in stock and available for order. Occasionally, products are oversold. In this event, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability.
PAYMENT
CBBallast.com accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
SHIPPING
All packages are processed for shipping within 2-3 business days of your purchase. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of CBBallast.com.
CANCELATIONS
All cancelations must be authorized by email, support@cbballast.com within 1 hour for a full refund. For canceled items, please allow 3-5 business days for your card to be credited.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Orders can be returned within 15 days of being received. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
All returned items must be in new unworn condition. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. You can contact support to initiate your return or exchange.

In the event a package is returned by USPS, your payment will be refunded, minus the actual fee of shipping, and we will contact you to confirm receipt.
